Mid May

I didn't realize nearly a month has gone by without a post.

I have had the kitchen renovated - new floor and all.  Apart from the upheaval during the removal of the old and the installing of the new, we are generally very happy with the result.

Canberra  autumn arrived with a vengeance - the leaves turning to reds and golds,  however the wild weather we just experienced has stripped most of them off the trees.

Sally and I did a quick visit to the Collector Pumpkin Festival.  We arrived late in the day, but managed two large Queensland Blue pumpkins and a Butternut.   Ryn had to do without her stroller for a while.

May arrived in green and gold at the local park and a friend's maple turned to a magnificent red.

Alex gave both Ryn and Ben a piggyback ride.

Also had a weekend at Surfside - Batemans Bay.  The stay was going to be a bit longer, but the weather turned wet and windy.
