August/September 2016

No 'out of town' adventures.  It has been a wet winter and beginning of spring, and a quite a few roads across NSW are closed by flooding or boggy conditions.

I have been out with the camera on those days that I can - mostly walking my normal route along Ginninderra Creek, with the occasional foray to other spots.  As always, I am looking to try new techniques with the camera and post processing.

We did a morning drive out through the Cotter - primarily to look for flowering wattles overhanging water.  I think we were a little early for the Cotter Valley, but found some along Paddy's River.
